How long does it take to complete my order?

You receive a title and meta-data within three working days. With your approval we then get to work and deliver your order within the time-frame specified in the product description.

What if I'm having trouble completing the brief?

Don't give up! Completing the brief can sometimes be difficult because we need as much detail as possible to make sure we give you what you want. If you do get stuck or feel that it's difficult to explain precisely what your project is, please get in touch via or simply use the livechat widget on the site for an instantaneous response.

When will I know that the title and meta-data are ready?

You will receive an e-mail with a link containing the tile and meta-data. If you reply saying that you're happy, we go ahead. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy, you tell us why and we get it sorted.

How will I know that my order is ready for me to review it?

You will receive an e-mail containing a link to the content.

What do I do if I want my content revised?

The document we send you allows you to highlight and comment on any parts of the content which you feel require revision or changes.

How many times can I revise my content?

The number of times you can revise your title/meta-data or main content piece is detailed in the subscription plan you are on. For example, if you have a FREE membership you are entitled to 3 revisions for title/meta-data and three revisions for your main content piece. For PLUS subscribers there are 5 possible revisions in both categories. For PREMIUM subscribers, revisions are unlimited for both.

Who will be writing my content?

All our writers are native English speakers with a broad range of experience covering publishing, editing, creative writing and many other language-related skills. After analysing your completed brief we make sure that your project goes to the writer best-suited to your needs. Your content is the responsibility of one writer who concentrates on your project alone right through to completion.

How do I place bulk orders?

To place bulk orders you need an active Premium membership. This will allow you to submit multiple briefs and have multiple items in your cart.

Are there any limitations on the kind of content I can order?

There are no limits on the type of content you can ask us to write but we reserve the right to decline work which we feel involves defamatory, malicious or otherwise illegal material.

Will your writer be researching my website before fulfilling my order?

Yes. That's why, in the brief, we ask for links to your website and/or relevant documentation before starting work on your content.
